1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, maintain security, and — with consent — understand how pages are used. Similar technologies include local storage entries, which can persist data in your browser without sending it on every request.

This policy describes how Clear PR Path (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and related technologies on https://clearprpath.life. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. Cookies on this website

We minimise cookie use. The contact form on contact.php posts to send.php without storing submissions in browser cookies. Primary categories:

• Essential / preference: Records your cookie banner choice so it is not shown repeatedly;
• Functional (optional): May remember interface preferences if enabled in future updates;
• Analytics (optional): Not active by default; would only load after consent if we enable measurement tools;
• Third-party embed: Google Maps on the contact page may set cookies when you interact with the map.

3. The sg_pr_consent cookie

When you interact with our cookie banner, we store a preference record using the cookie name sg_pr_consent. The value is a JSON object indicating categories you accepted or rejected, a version number, and a timestamp. Typical contents include:

• essential: true — always required for the preference record itself;
• functional: true/false — optional preferences;
• analytics: true/false — optional analytics, off unless you opt in;
• ts — ISO timestamp of when the choice was saved;
• v — schema version for future compatibility.

The cookie is set with Path=/, SameSite=Lax, and Max-Age of approximately one hundred eighty days (15,552,000 seconds). On HTTPS connections it includes the Secure attribute. We mirror the value in localStorage where supported so your choice persists if cookies are cleared selectively.

Our banner offers three paths: Accept all (enables functional and leaves analytics off by default in current configuration), Reject optional (essential only), or Customise (toggle functional and analytics before saving). You can reopen the panel anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer, which triggers the banner and preference panel implemented in /js/main.js.

4. Google Maps embed

Only the contact page embeds Google Maps to show our office at 111 Somerset Road, #10-06 TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164. The iframe loads resources from Google’s domains and may place cookies or collect usage data according to Google’s policies when you pan, zoom, or open the external maps link.

We do not control Google’s processing. For details see Google’s privacy and cookies documentation. If you prefer not to interact with the embed, use the text address and phone on the contact page, or open the labelled external Google Maps link in a separate tab with your browser’s privacy settings applied.

5. Managing your choices

You can change optional cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. You may also delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may cause the consent banner to reappear on each visit because we cannot read your saved preference.

Browser-specific guidance is usually found under privacy or history settings. Mobile devices may offer similar controls in system settings for each browser app.
