1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Separate written agreements govern paid PR and communications services we deliver to clients. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for that engagement.

2. Website content and acceptable use

The Website provides general information about our public relations services, approach, anonymised work summaries, and contact details. Content is published in English (Singapore) and is intended for business audiences considering communications support.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable law in Singapore or your jurisdiction;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malware, or interfere with Website operation;
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate extraction of content at scale without prior written consent;
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Clear PR Path or use our branding without permission;
  • Reproduce Website copy in a manner that implies guaranteed PR outcomes we do not offer.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect security or integrity of the Website.

3. Services and enquiries

Descriptions of services on the Website are summary in nature and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work. Enquiries sent by email or phone do not create a client relationship until both parties agree scope and fees.

Business hours for routine enquiries are Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Singapore Time unless otherwise stated during an active engagement.

4. No guaranteed results

Public relations involves engagement with independent media, stakeholders, and platforms we do not control. Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee specific press coverage, rankings, impressions, leads, sales, share price movement, or reputational outcomes;
  • Case summaries on the Website are anonymised illustrations of past support and are not promises of future performance;
  • We do not claim that fees paid to any third party will secure editorial coverage;
  • Timelines for media interest depend on news cycles and editorial judgment and may differ from initial estimates.

Any metrics or examples cited in client reports during engagements are described with appropriate context. Website marketing copy follows the same honesty standard to comply with applicable advertising policies, including those of platforms we may use to reach prospective clients.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the text, layout, graphics, and SVG illustrations on the Website. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Website materials for commercial purposes without written permission, except as allowed by fair dealing or similar exceptions under applicable law.

Client materials, trademarks, and logos remain the property of respective clients. Third-party trademarks and media names mentioned on the Website belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Deliverables created under paid engagements are addressed in project contracts, which may grant clients specified usage rights upon payment.

6. Advertising and representations

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to Website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction if you are accessing the site from outside Singapore.
